At Future Energy Skills (FES) we are passionate about careers within the energy sector. This includes encouraging those from all walks of life and at different stages of their career to consider working within the industry.
We are currently looking to expand the work we do in this area, particularly related to encouraging diversity within the energy sector workforce. FES is seeking to be at the forefront of initiatives to drive cultural and structural change to increase female participation.
