On This Page
FES is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, consistency and quality throughout the entire assessment process.
Candidates will receive their results within 5 days of attending their assessment. To access results candidates should visit FES Connect, phone or email.
To guarantee fairness and consistency, FES has a thorough audit procedure and can also provide candidates with reviews on their assessments. Candidates also have the option to appeal their results if they are unsatisfied with the outcome.

Candidates who are unsuccessful in passing an assessment may apply to receive a review of their results. Reviews are carried out via a staged process that is detailed here. Please note that fees do apply.
To book either a paper-based review or face-to-face review, please visit FES Connect.
For more information on the reviews available for LEI assessments, please contact FES directly by phone or email.
Request a paper-based review. This will be completed within 5 days and the report will be uploaded and provided to the candidate via FES Connect.
Please note that this is only available for the LEP and LET assessments.
If a candidate is not satisfied with the outcome of the paper-based review, the candidate can request a face-to-face review. Candidates should use the contact details on this page to book a convenient time to meet in person with an assessor.
Please note that this is only available for the LEP and LET assessments.
If a candidate has completed all relevant review processes and is still unsatisfied with their result, then they may lodge an appeal.
As an ESV approved assessment body, FES must adhere to the Energy Safe Victoria Licencing Assessment Rules.
Under this, all candidates have the right to appeal their assessment outcome if they are justifiably unsatisfied with their initial result.
All assessment appeals must be initially lodged with FES by the candidate themselves, within 7 days of the face-to-face review.
If a candidate believes that they have grounds to appeal their result, they should speak with the assessor or complete the appeals form and submit it to FES via email at appeals@futureenergyskills.com.au.
FES will then commence the appeals process and will finalise an outcome within 10 business days of receipt of the appeal.
