The energy sector in Australia offers a variety of career opportunities across industries such as electrotechnology, renewable energy, new energy technologies, electricity generation and supply, and gas supply.

The sector’s shift towards renewable energy and advanced technologies, will lead to an increased demand for a skilled workforce. With the electrotechnology industry being foundational to Australia’s energy infrastructure, electricians, automation technicians and electrical engineers are key roles within the industry.
