With much anticipation, the Regional Assessment Centre recently delivered the initial LEP (Licensed Electrical Practical) assessment.
Apprentices from Bendigo Kangan were there 7.30am on Monday morning, ready and excited. The new centre was well received, and many took advantage of the great local bakery offerings only a few doors down straight afterwards.

The Maryborough location means apprentices will no longer have to drive long distances and incur accommodation costs when undertaking their LEA (Licensed Electrical Assessment), enabling them to free their minds of the logistics, to better focus on the assessment itself.
A lot of hard work went into the build and we are very proud of the new facility, with the Regional Assessment Centre forming an integral part of the ongoing collaboration with Energy Safe Victoria.
We look forward to working with the regional apprentices and their RTO’s soon.
