FES announced as successful provider for Licensed Electrical Inspectors (LEI) Resource Development Project

In exciting news, Solar Victoria has announced FES as the successful provider for the Licensed Electrical Inspectors (LEI) Resource Development Project as part of the Victorian Government’s $11 million investment in the solar revolution. This training aims to make solar even safer by encouraging more qualified electricians to become LEIs as well as building skills and capacity for existing inspectors in solar and new energy technologies. Resource Development has already kicked off, and Future Energy Skills is thrilled to be contributing to this fantastic initiative supporting the LEI industry.

Elsewhere, the project between Future Energy Skills and Skills Tasmania to develop a plan for building capacity and capability in the Tasmanian renewable energy training sector has been tracking well, and stakeholder interviews  are underway for the first audit report.
