I have worked in the apprenticeship industry for over 15 years and at Future Energy Skills for 18 months. I provide customer service and administrative support to the apprentices and colleagues.
What does your job entail?
My job is to assist candidates in booking into their tutorials and assessments and advising candidates on tutorial and assessment information. I also provide support to the trainers and assessors in preparing assessments.
What is a typical day like?
Everyday is busy supporting the candidates in booking to assessments and providing support to the LEA/LEI team

Providing support to candidates and them successfully completing their assessments.
