The COVID-19 pandemic has forced most of us into isolation and redefined our work lives.
In the spirit of keeping in touch while keeping apart, the FES team recently held a virtual all staff catch up. This provided a great opportunity to review the feedback from our recent customer survey on LEA services and draw the lucky winner of a $250 Coles Myer gift card from the 450 survey respondents. The survey response rate was fantastic and it was very rewarding to hear through the feedback received how much our approach and person-centred values are appreciated during these challenging times.
