We’re excited to announce the launch of FES Talks, a new event series designed to bring the electrical industry together for practical learning, real conversations, and insights that power your practice. Find out more below and register for the first event happening in March.
Why FES Talks Are Needed
In 2025, we surveyed Registered Electrical Contractors (REC’s) across Victoria. The message was clear: many feel isolated and want more opportunities to connect, learn and share knowledge.
FES Talks is our answer.
This series creates a space for electricians, business owners, apprentices, trainers and industry partners to connect, build relationships and learn from one another both in person and online. It’s an opportunity to share experiences, troubleshoot challenges together, and stay current in an industry that evolves quickly.
Each event is tailored to a specific segment of the workforce, including:
- Apprentices
- Licensed Electricians
- RECs and Electrical Business Owners
- Licensed Electrical Inspectors (in partnership with the Institute of Electrical Inspectors)
- Trade Teachers and Trainers
Whether you’re a first year apprentice or a business leader, each FES Talk delivers practical, relevant and immediately useful information.
Events will be held at the Future Energy Skills Industry Centre in Clayton, streamed online, and offered at regional locations across Victoria.
